A Cessna 208B Grand Caravan turboprop plane, 5N-BMJ, sustained substantial damage in an accident near Yola Airport (YOL), Nigeria.
The airplane operated on a domestic flight from Jalingo Airport. At 19:20 the pilot reported the airfield in sight, estimating a landing at 19:30. This was the last contact with the flight.
The Grand Caravan was found to have crashed with all victims alive with various degrees of injuries. One of the victims was the Taraba State Governor, Danbaba Suntai.
